  • Can I return the products bought from your store?

Yes, you can return the products. Please go through our Return Policy. If you still have queries, then please contact us at : info@kanikasboutique.com.

  • What are the methods of payment at your store?

We accept payments by:

      1. Visa
      2. Mastercard
      3. Apple Pay
      4. American Express
  • How much is the shipping and delivery charge?

We have a flat rate shipping charge of AED 21 for local UAE shipping. We also offer Cash on Delivery within UAE, in which case the shipping charge is AED 31.

We can also ship the products to GCC countries and other countries around the world. 

  • How long will it take for the order to arrive?

The orders within UAE can arrive anywhere between 2-10 business days. International orders can take up to 5-15 business days 

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

We are so sorry to hear that. We would like to make you feel better and help you, so please get in touch with us at the earliest at sales@kanikasboutique.com.

We will be contacting the shipping carrier and if the order was lost ( assuming your stated address was correct), then we will be offering you a full refund or a replacement.

  • What do I do if I received a defective/damaged order?

If you have received a defective/damaged product, then please take a photo of the product and the box that it arrived in and send it to us at sales@kanikasboutique.com within 12 hours of receiving the package. We will offer you a full refund or a replacement.

  • Can I specify a delivery time for my order?

 No, you cannot specify a delivery time for the order.

  • Can I change or cancel the order?

  • When will my order be charged?

Your debit/credit card is charged when your order is shipped.

  • How can I track my order?

You can track your order through the tracking number which will be sent to you, once the order is shipped.

  • Do you offer gift card services?

We are not offering gift cards as of now.
